exam schedule and saving tips

I never know that I would nervous by checking exam timetable.

Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics - Paper 1: Closed Book.
21 May 2:00PM-3:40PM LIP303(sd)

Molecular Pathophysiology - Paper 1: Written Closed Book
02 Jun 2:00PM-5:10PM *St James'(sd)

I have 11days to study molecular pathophysiology...I hope it is considered good, but I know the time will pass so slowly for that 11days...

Hmmm..kinda having mixture feeling now. It is kinda fast that I'm going to finish my degree while I start feeling bu she de..

The most impt thing is I gotta ensure I can hand in my FYP beautifully on 1 MAY!! Getting closer and yet im progressing so slowly!!! Argh!!

The life here can be bored but yet simple and nice. minus off the missing and boring part, it could be great!

btw, I hope I can break the record that I can spend <£40 for the total expenses this month. For the march, I only bought my grocery once or twice before, top up £5 & £11.50 for the mobile phone & skype calling credit respectively. Feel so good that I save alot this month, because next month i gotta spend big for the holland & belgium trip ><

The tip for saving in the UK is to be vegetarian and cook yourself (I only dine out for 2 times in the Newcastle so far ^^). Fruits & vege are alot more cheaper than any kind of meat and chicken drum is the cheapest meat available here. I'm mainly consuming fruits & vege. Chicken breast meat is 5x or more expensive than the equivalent weight of chicken drumstick. Recently I've stopped eating the chicken drumstick after long period of consuming them regularly, they turn disgusting for me now, though it is the cheapest meat source. Nevertheless, I couldnt stop my favourite fish intake. Fresh fish can be extremely expensive here but try ur luck to catch the promotion in the market. I've been taking canned salmon & sardine & frozen fish fillet these few weeks cause they're much more cheaper than any kind of fresh fish!

Another saving strategy is to be 'zai nv', meaning stay at home & kinda anti-social. It saves my socialising fee (dining/entertainment), phone bill and time!! Otherwise, invite your friend to your hostel for the coffee & tea. In fact, I do really enjoy the personal time I have! Everything is simple here. Simple meal, simple lifestyle, simple relationships in terms of love, friendship and family. I love simple and simple is the goal. Wondering if I can be so simple in Singapore. I hope I do preserve some personal time & money. Haha.

Keep saving and try hard to be vegetarian =p

Afterall, I guess I can still bring back about 20% of initial funding if nothing emergency happens and all the travelling fees are within my estimation! SAVE saVe savE!

The thing is... Summer is the peak travelling season in the whole Europe, I hope I wont be underestimating the travelling fee for June& July!!
