I think you have to be extra careful in selection of colleges or university, this looks like one that emphasis on " natural therapy " kind of college, I don't think you should source for staff like that, is better to go to a proper, conventional university like sydney, melborne un, new south wales etc, the best way is to go to australian education centre in singapore, they also do course counselling, you can find it from the web or yellow page for their address. Alternatively new zealand universities also offer nutrition courses. we will be offering the join degree soon, Dr. tay is the coordinator, you can approach him for help.
