I dunno how do i destress during poly time?? Hanging out at FC2 and chatting with you guys? Write blog? Working? Eating? I cant recall.
I'm so stress here... Plenty of journals to read, on
1.dietery fibre-heart disease (group project),
2.probiotic (My FYP, individual),
3.5 a day (Dietery scheme in UK, evaluate this policy, gosh),
4.hypertention and renal disease ( i have not done anything yet but the presentation is at early Dec, my hk groupmate seems dun bother too><),
5.Steroid signalling pathway (the chim thing, have not found any journals),
6.Bioethic posters (not yet been informed how to do><)
7.Clinal nutrition and dietetics 2 Lab Report (2500words?)
All above due from end of nov to mid dec.
I'm really stressed up. In the mean time, I really have to catch up my molecular pathophysiology lesson...
After end of Dec, starting from 20Dec I have 3 weeks Christmas and New Year break and followed by the first sem exam.
Here is where one sem has gone and, after 2 exam weeks, straight away starting the new sem2. Sound fast?
I dont know. I feel I need to find journals and all of them are chasing me to read them, to understand and put into my all >2000 words assignments.
so is it normal to keep awaking in the middle of night??
